Mr. Home Inspector is committed to providing you with ALL the facts so you can comfortably make a highly informed decision regarding your potential home purchase or anticipated renovation. From the ease and flexibility of booking your appointment, through to delivery and explanation of your professional computer-generated report delivered on-site, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready to make your home inspection experience as easy, pleasant and informative as possible.

If you are considering energy efficient renovations for your home, Mr. Home Inspector is also your Certified Energy Advisor, fully trained and qualified through Natural Resources Canada to assist you with the home assessments required to access the newly revitalized Provincial LiveSmart grant. The total cost of the home energy assessment is $300 plus tax. The Province currently offers a subsidy of $150; therefore, homeowners should expect to pay $150 plus tax. Please note that additional distance charges apply to some service areas.
